Established in April 2009, the choir was formed to unite Vietnamese individuals who shared a passion for singing and a love for revolutionary songs. Over the years, the group has grown to include 250 members from diverse age groups, all united by their love for music and their culture.
The choir’s efforts in promoting Vietnamese culture have not gone unnoticed. Vietnamese Ambassador to UNESCO, Nguyen Thi Van Anh, commended the group, naming them an exemplary model of multicultural exchange. She highlighted their role in introducing Vietnam’s culture, country, and people to international friends and the Vietnamese community in France.
In recognition of their contributions, Vietnamese Ambassador Dinh Toan Thang presented the choir with the Ambassador’s Certificate of Merit. This honor serves as a testament to the choir’s successful promotion of Vietnamese cultural heritage and their role in fostering cross-cultural connections.
