The Miss Tourism Vietnam pageant is an exciting event that first launched in June with a unique purpose. It seeks to find beautiful and talented young women who will serve as ambassadors for the country’s tourism, cultural heritage, and natural beauty. The criteria for participants are carefully selected to ensure a fair and diverse competition.

Open to Vietnamese women aged 18-28, the contest emphasizes natural beauty and authenticity, with a height requirement of at least 1.62m and no cosmetic surgery allowed. This year, over 300 contestants from across the nation signed up, showcasing their passion and dedication to promoting Vietnam’s charm.

The competition was intense, but 40 exceptional women were chosen for the final round. These finalists will grace the stage in three categories: Ao Dai, evening gown, and swimsuit. The top five contestants will then showcase their intelligence and eloquence in a Q&A session.

The prizes for the winners are substantial. The Miss Tourism Vietnam title holder will receive VND300 million, while the first and second runners-up will be awarded VND200 million and VND100 million, respectively. Additionally, there are sub-contest titles, including Miss Sea, Miss Talent, Miss Fashion, Miss Ao Dai, and Most Favorite Beauty, which will be revealed during the grand finale.

The top three finalists will embark on a remarkable journey as tourism ambassadors. They will travel through all 63 cities and provinces in Vietnam, showcasing the local tourism offerings and sharing their experiences with the world. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make a difference in the country’s tourism industry.

Miss Tourism Vietnam has a biennial tradition, with the first edition held in 2008 and the second in 2022. It has since become a highly anticipated event, celebrating the beauty and talent of Vietnamese women and promoting the country’s rich cultural heritage and tourism attractions.
