Chef Show 2023 is set to be a major event, with the expectation that it will attract more than 1,000 participants who will be able to secure free tickets via the fanpage of the Korea Tourism Organisation. Not only will attendees be able to experience some of the finest cuisine from Korea’s renowned chefs, but they will also be able to enjoy a range of exciting activities and entertainment.

First started as Bibap Show in 2008, Chef Show has undergone an upgrade in 2011. This 30-minute performance aims to raise awareness about Korean food and features a combination of beatboxing, B-boy dancing, martial arts, and other dance performances.

Audiences can join in the entire cooking experience and savor dishes like Bibimbap, sushi, pizza, and noodles.

The programme has been conducted in 37 countries and territories around the world, according to the Korea Tourism Organisation.

Since the beginning of this year, the Republic of Korea (RoK) has welcomed an impressive 105,000 Vietnamese tourists, representing a remarkable increase of 538% compared to the same period from last year.

Lee Jae Hoon, the head representative of the Korea Tourism Organization, expressed his hope that the program will give Vietnamese audiences the opportunity to discover Korean arts, thereby providing more options for their trip to the Republic of Korea.
