The stunning dress, named Goddess wings, was designed by Pham Sy Toan and Huynh Bao Toan. It is inspired by the beauty of Egyptian queens and reflects the culture of the host country.
Weighing about 20kg, the dress is made of mesh fabrics and adorned with various types of gems.
During the national costume competition, the Vietnamese beauty, Hang, revealed that she would be wearing the “Cà Kheo” or “Stilts” outfit designed by Bui The Bao.
Hang, born in 2003 in Ho Chi Minh City, is currently studying International Business at Western Sydney University in Australia. She is fluent in English and can also comfortably communicate in both Japanese and Korean.
In addition to her academic achievements, Hang has also excelled in karate, earning a black belt second dan at a national level and winning a bronze medal in the National Phu Dong Health Association Athletics Tournament. She is also actively involved in humanitarian campaigns, particularly those aimed at helping the poor and elderly.
The final night of Miss Intercontinental 2023, one of the world’s largest and oldest beauty pageants, is scheduled to take place on December 15 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
