The APEC Park hosted the festival to foster connections between the local and foreign communities in Da Nang through cultural events prior to the New Year. This initiative is led by the Department of Culture and Sports in Da Nang.

As part of the event, various activities were organized, such as an exhibition showcasing art and installation works by Vietnamese and foreign artists. Additionally, a musical program featuring foreign artists was also held.

The festival offered visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in vibrant and picturesque spaces, perfect for capturing memorable check-in photos.

Da Nang is currently home to approximately 30,000 foreigners hailing from countries in Asia and Europe. The festival, organized by the Department of Culture and Sports, aims to promote the rich culture and scenic beauty of Da Nang, while fostering greater understanding and interactions between locals and foreigners.
