during his practice sessions.
Despite his cold look on the court, the overseas Vietnamese player is actually very friendly and likes to joke around with his teammates.
Jordan Young reached his career high during the VBA Premier Bubble Games 2021 and was the top scorer for Thang Long Warriors this season, with up to 24 points in one game and seven successful three-pointers.
He played a very important role in leading Thang Long Warriors to victory in their game against Saigon Heat, making the Warriors the only team to defeat the reigning VBA champion throughout the 38-game season.
Aside from his strength in sinking three-pointers, the 1.95-meter-tall player also has a diverse skill set, which can be tricky for his opponents to anticipate his next move.
Battle of the twins
Throughout the VBA Premier Bubble Games, Jordan Young was in Thang Warriors’ starting lineup in most of the games, which gave him a chance to go head-to-head with his twin brother, Justin Young, a familiar face in the VBA who is now on the Vietnamese national basketball team.

Justin shared that he would never stop treasuring this moment, as the VBA Premier Bubble Games might be the only Vietnamese basketball tournament that Jordan participates in.
Justin added he was proud of his brother and hoped that he could see Jordan again during next year’s season.
The two brothers may end up being on the same team if the VBA 2022 allows two overseas Vietnamese players on one team and if Justin returns to Thang Long Warriors.
