The films will showcase aspects of national history, revolutionary soldiers, and young people in both wartime and peacetime, with the aim of marking major national celebrations such as the Reunification Day on April 30, Labour Day on May 1, the Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7, and the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh on May 19.
Among them will be films “Don’t Burn”, “The Scent of Burning Grass”, and “Memory of Dien Bien”.
The occasion will see several documentary films introduced to audiences, including “Dien Bien Phu” and “Alongside history”.
The film screenings will be held at 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. from April 30 to May 7. Free tickets will be available at the National Cinema Centre in Hanoi from April 27.
