Promoting Cultural Exchange Among Young People
One significant aspect of this event series is its focus on providing support to emerging Vietnamese designers and fostering a culture of creativity in Vietnam.
According to Charrier, the main objective of the season is to captivate the younger demographic. To achieve this, the fashion nights will primarily highlight Vietnamese models and designs instead of exclusively featuring French models and brands.
This event will also mark the inauguration of Mr. Charrier as the newly appointed director of the French Institute in Ho Chi Minh City.
In a recent interview with Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper, Charrier expressed her main goal of promoting French culture in Vietnam. She emphasized that culture is a vast concept, which includes language, arts, and various other aspects.
