The Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 contest will primarily take place in Ho Chi Minh City, with additional events happening in Dong Nai and Ba Ria-Vung Tau, according to Truong Ngoc Anh, the president of Miss Earth Vietnam 2023.

This pageant is searching for contestants who possess not only beauty and intelligence, but also a deep passion for the environment and community, which sets Miss Earth apart from other beauty competitions, Anh stated.

The contest, which is scheduled to run from December 1 to 22, will consist of various segments, such as a national costume competition where the outfits are created from recycled and eco-friendly materials, a swimsuit competition, a talent show, and more.

Miss Earth 2023 will also host a Fashion Nature contest for young designers, promoting the usage of eco-friendly materials and the preservation of Mother Nature.

Do Thi Lan Anh, an overseas Vietnamese contestant who recently won the Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 title, will represent Vietnam in the upcoming 23rd Miss Global contest.

This is the second time Vietnam has hosted this global pageant, following the first time in 2010.
