According a document signed by the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, the festival will include newly-designed programmes and events, such as a helicopter tour, art performances, a hot air balloon festival, and a street carnival.
A dancing contest, a trade fair, and a football tournament will also be held within the framework of the festival.
The event aims to promote the cultural values and history of Da Lat and Lam Dong province in particular, while contributing to boosting local socio-economic development.
