According to Long, the best time to visit is during the change of seasons, especially between 3 and 6 p.m., when you can sip a glass of wine and savor the unique ambiance.

Quang An Street is also renowned for its coffee and tea houses, offering the perfect spots to unwind and socialize. Nagocha Matcha Specialty & Tea House, Eastern & Oriental Tea House and Coffee Parlor, and a row of approximately ten coffee shops, including Kali and Bao Nhi, are always bustling with patrons, especially during late afternoons, evenings, and on weekends and holidays.
