CNN Travel recently published an article praising the new luxury train route connecting the popular resort destinations of Nha Trang City in Khanh Hoa Province and Quy Nhon City in Binh Dinh Province.

Citing VOV, CNN outlines that Anantara, a luxury hospitality brand for modern travelers, offers a new five-hour luxury train experience in southern Vietnam.

This is the second route in the country, following the successful launch of “The Vietage by Anantara” in 2020. The first route was a six-hour journey connecting the central city of Da Nang and Quy Nhon.

According to Kate Jones, head of PR and marketing for Vietnam at Ananatara, the new carriage aims to showcase the nation’s beautiful views and provide a unique travel experience.

The Vietage carriage is attached to the national state-run commercial railway and offers a sit-up bar, restroom facilities, and private booths. Each booth is equipped with power outlets, charging stations, free Wi-Fi, and amenity baskets.

Jones highlights the main difference between the two routes: “The new route connecting Nha Trang and Quy Nhon passes through many more coastal areas, offering stunning views of the Vietnamese coastline.”

With an average speed of 51.9 kilometers per hour, the train journey is a perfect example of slow travel. It gives guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy the scenery while indulging in local delicacies and premium teas.

On the six-hour journey between Da Nang and Quy Nhon, passengers are treated to a pre-ordered three-course gourmet meal. Complimentary snacks, beverages, and a 15-minute head and shoulder treatment are also provided on both routes.

Unveiled in 2020, The Vietage is a high-end tourist railway carriage with only 12 seats, offering restaurant, bar, and massage services. It provides daily round-trip journeys, ensuring comfort and privacy for its passengers.

In 2021, The Vietage was recognized by CNN as one of the six amazing Asia train journeys, offering a comfortable and luxurious experience for travelers seeking a unique way to explore Vietnam.

With its combination of stunning scenery, luxurious amenities, and delicious cuisine, The Vietage by Anantara is sure to provide an unforgettable travel experience for those seeking a unique and relaxing journey through Vietnam’s beautiful coastlines.
