An Bang beach in Hoi An, a central city, and My Khe beach in Da Nang, also a central city, have been ranked among the top 10 best beaches in Asia by readers of TripAdvisor, a renowned travel website, as reported by VOV.
According to the list, An Bang took the fifth place, while My Khe secured the sixth position.
An Bang Beach has become famous for its stunning attractions, including its powdery-white sand, clear blue skies, and breathtaking views.
“The beach is surrounded by lush greenery and is home to a coral reef, making it an ideal spot for swimming and snorkeling,” TripAdvisor noted.

The website also suggests that thrill-seekers try paragliding, jet skiing, and body surfing in the cool blue waters.
If visitors prefer a more relaxed experience, TripAdvisor recommends relaxing on a lounge chair under a palm tree or taking a bike ride along the nearby path.
“My Khe Beach has everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach: soft sand, gentle waves, and swaying coconut trees,” TripAdvisor emphasized on its website.
The website also shared that visitors can take a refreshing dip in the water or try surfing for a more adventurous experience.
My Khe Beach is located in Phuoc My ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang city, about 2km away from the city center. The beach stretches for about 900m and is one of the most popular beaches in Da Nang.
My Khe Beach has been consistently recognized as one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. It ranked eighth on the Travelers’ Choice’s Best of the Best Beaches for 2023, stretching from the base of the Son Tra peninsula to the Marble Mountains.
Forbes magazine also voted My Khe as one of the most attractive beaches on the planet, meeting all their criteria of convenience, being free for tourists, and having long and flat sand banks.

In 2019, An Bang beach was voted one of the 25 best beaches in Asia by TripAdvisor readers, the world’s most popular travel guide and review website. It ranked 17th on the list, marking the fourth consecutive year that An Bang has been recognized.
An Bang gained international recognition when CNN listed it as one of the 100 best beaches on earth in 2011.
The top 10 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best Beaches list also includes Banana Beach of Phuket in Thailand, Haeundae Beach of Busan in the Republic of Korea, Nai Harn Beach of Phuket in Thailand, Benaulim Beach of India, Radhanagar Beach of Havelock Island in India, Mirissa Beach of Sri Lanka, and Melasti Beach of Ungasan in Indonesia.
The ranking was based on the beaches’ popularity, accessibility, landscapes, and available activities.
