The Astronomy Park in Duong Noi Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi has officially opened to visitors after years of investment and preparation.

Work on the Astronomy Park began in 2017 and was completed in the first quarter of 2020. With a total investment of approximately VND260 billion (US$10.6 million), the park spans over an area of 12 hectares, including a water surface of 6,000 square meters. It is a public project aimed at providing outdoor exercise areas for both children and tourists.
The park was designed and constructed by the Malaysia-based EGO Group, featuring a recreation of the Big Bang and the formation of planets in the solar system.
Nine-year-old Tran Bao Nam and his sister Tran Bao Anh spend their weekends at the park, enjoying various activities.
Chu Minh Khoi, a 52-year-old visitor from La Khe Ward, Ha Dong District, expressed his delight at the opening of the Astronomy Park. He brought his young child to experience the park and praised the positive impact it has on the residential areas, providing beautiful outdoor spaces for children and the elderly.

The Astronomy Park features various zones, including Zodiac Square, Milky Way Garden, Solar System Square, Moonlight Bridge, UFO Playground, Alien Square, Black Hole Pool, Light Fountain, and others.
Additionally, the park provides simulation models of the Earth, Sun, and stars, offering visitors, especially children, the opportunity to gain basic knowledge of astronomy.
Bao Nam and Bao Anh thoroughly enjoy the picturesque view of the park, with its expansive 6,000 square meters of water surface.
The Astronomy Park spans an area of 120,000 square meters, including the enchanting Bach Hop Thuy Lake.
The park also boasts magnificent landscape architecture, captivating visitors with its various highlights.
During their visit to the park, children have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with basic knowledge of astronomy.
