Independent label INB100, founded by Baekhyun, announced his Asia tour in 2024. The tour is set to begin in Seoul, South Korea in mid-March and will include a two-night concert.
One of the stops on the tour is at the Military Zone 7 Stadium in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City in April.
This will be Baekhyun’s first-ever solo tour since his debut in 2012. Previously, he held a virtual concert called ‘Light’ in 2019 due to the impact of COVID-19.
The ‘Lonsdaleite’ tour will make Baekhyun one of the youngest singers in South Korea to have a solo concert at the KSPO Dome in Seoul, which is located within the Olympic Park.
In addition to Seoul and Ho Chi Minh City, Baekhyun’s Asia tour will include performances in Tokyo, Fukuoka, Kobe, and Sendai in Japan, Singapore, Manila in the Philippines, Taipei in Taiwan, Jakarta in Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Bangkok in Thailand.
Baekhyun is also hosting a series of fan meetings called ‘Snack Party’ to meet with his fans in South Korea and some East Asian nations.
In January, Baekhyun announced the establishment of his record label and entertainment company, INB100, and signed contracts with his close friends Chen and Xiumin, who are also members of EXO.
Last year, Baekhyun, Xiumin, and Chen, who are part of the EXO-CBX subgroup, filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment over their long-term exclusive contracts. After reaching a settlement, the artists canceled the lawsuit and joined their new company while still remaining in EXO.
Baekhyun is the main vocalist of EXO and the leader of the supergroup SuperM, which consists of members from various SM Entertainment boy bands.
EXO debuted in 2012 with 12 members, and currently has nine members.
