The yearly occasion centered around the theme of “Autumn Forest” has the goal of introducing Korean culinary culture to a global audience.

As stated by Choi Young-sam, the ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Vietnam, the highlighted menus will mainly feature Korean forest products, an important category in Korean food exports.

The Korean Gastronomy Week 2023 will further contribute to promoting Korean cuisine to Vietnamese people and fostering cultural exchanges between the two nations, according to the diplomat.

In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in various culinary and cultural exchanges, as well as attend workshops conducted by acclaimed chefs and mixologists who will be present at the event.
