In response to the ongoing development of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Prime Minister has issued a directive stressing the need for continued vigilance. While acknowledging some initial achievements, the directive emphasizes the high risk and complex nature of the situation.

The Prime Minister has called upon ministries, ministry-level offices, and local authorities to approach the pandemic with a mindset of “fighting the enemy.” This includes mobilizing the entire political system and engaging the public, while also promoting economic development.

As of April 25, Vietnam has seen 225 COVID-19 patients fully recover out of a total of 270 cases recorded in the country. There were no new cases reported on April 25.
