The National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting has reported that the increase in cold air will impact most areas in the North, North Central, and Central Central regions.

The weather in the Northern and North Central regions is expected to remain cold. Today, temperatures in these areas are the lowest during this cold spell, ranging from 13-16 degrees Celsius, especially in mountainous areas.

Northwest region: The weather will be cloudy with sunshine during the day, and no rain at night. Lowest temperature: 13-16 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature: 23-26 degrees Celsius.

Northeast region: Cloudy and sunny, with no rain at night. Lowest temperature: 13-16 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature: 22-25 degrees Celsius.

Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: Cloudy, with moderate to heavy rain in some areas, especially in the Thua Thien Hue area. Thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds are possible. Lowest temperature: 19 – 22 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature: 23-26 degrees Celsius.

Da Nang: The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that on November 18, the Da Nang area will be cloudy and sunny, with moderate rain and thunderstorms in some areas. The temperature will range from 25 – 26 degrees Celsius, which is 2 degrees lower than the previous day.
