Northwest region: The weather forecast predicts cloudy and rainy conditions with early morning fog. Afternoons will be sunny. The nights and early mornings will be cold. The lowest temperature will be between 21-24 degrees, with some places reaching below 19 degrees. The highest temperature will range from 27-30 degrees, with some areas exceeding 30 degrees.

Northeast region: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy and rainy with early morning fog and drizzles. The wind will be at level 2-3 from the southeast. The nights and early mornings will be cold. The lowest temperature will range from 20-23 degrees, with some mountainous areas experiencing temperatures below 20 degrees. The highest temperature will range from 24-27 degrees, with some places reaching above 28 degrees.

Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: Expect cloudy weather with light rain, early morning fog, and sunny afternoons. The lowest temperature will be between 21-24 degrees. The highest temperature will be 24-27 degrees in the North and 27-30 degrees in the South.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy during the day and sunny at night. The wind will be northeast to east at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will be between 22-25 degrees. The highest temperature will range from 30 to 33 degrees, with some places exceeding 33 degrees.

The Central Highlands: Expect cloudy and rainy weather during the day and no rain at night. The wind will be from the east at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will range from 17-20 degrees. The highest temperature will range from 31-34 degrees, with some places exceeding 34 degrees.

The Southern region: Expect cloudy and sunny weather during the day and no rain at night. The wind will be from the east at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will range from 24-27 degrees. The highest temperature will range from 32-35 degrees.
