Dennie Matthews, the business head of the Asia-Pacific region for the US National Restaurant Association (NRA), visited Vietnam and attended a strategic partnership meeting with Chu Hong Minh, the president of the Restaurant Association of Vietnam (RAV).
This event is not only an opportunity for the two parties to exchange and share experiences, but also opens up possibilities for strategic cooperation between the NRA, RAV, and HTS Group in developing training programs and high-quality human resources for the restaurant industry in Vietnam.

The Restaurant Association of Vietnam (RAV) is a part of the Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association (VCCA), which is a co-founder of the ASEAN Restaurant Association Alliance.
The association works tirelessly to develop the restaurant and culinary business ecosystem, as well as strategic projects that support member businesses in their development and promote the sustainable growth of the industry.
The US National Restaurant Association (NRA), established in 1919, is the leading business association in the restaurant industry. Alongside its Educational Foundation, the NRA strives to propel the US restaurant sector into a new era of prosperity and improved quality of life.
During the meeting, both parties shared their concerns, goodwill, and a roadmap for cooperation in the 2024-2025 period. The program aims to train 500 restaurant businesses in Vietnam and issue 1,000 International Professional Management certifications for senior and middle management positions in the industry.
Also present at the meeting were Arnold Hieu, OMG Global Cuisine Ambassador in Vietnam, and Doan Duc Minh, a member of the Executive Committee of the RAV.
