Vietnam Weather Update (March 13): Persistent Cold and High Humidity Across Northern Region

In the northwest region, the weather forecast predicts cloudy and rainy conditions in some places, with fog in the early morning and sunshine in the afternoon. The lowest temperature is expected to be between 15 and 18 degrees, with some areas dropping below 14 degrees. The highest temperature will range from 23 to 26 degrees, with some places reaching above 28 degrees.

In the northeast region, the weather is forecasted to be cloudy and rainy in certain areas, with fog in the early morning. The sky will clear up in the afternoon. The lowest temperature will be around 14 to 17 degrees, while the highest temperature will range from 22 to 25 degrees.

For Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue, the weather will be cloudy with light rain in certain places within the region, and it will be sunny in the afternoon. The wind will be blowing from the north to northwest at levels 2-3. In the northern areas, it will be cold at night and in the morning. The lowest temperature is expected to be between 16 and 19 degrees, while the highest temperature will range from 22 to 25 degrees.

In Da Nang – Binh Thuan, the weather will be cloudy with no rain at night and sunny during the day. The wind will be blowing from the northeast at levels 2-3. The lowest temperature will range from 23 to 26 degrees, while the highest temperature will range from 29 to 32 degrees.

In the southern region, the weather is forecasted to be cloudy with no rain at night and sunny during the day, especially in the east. The wind will be blowing from the east to southeast at levels 2-3. The lowest temperature will range from 23 to 26 degrees, while the highest temperature will range from 32 to 35 degrees.

In the Central Highlands, the weather will be cloudy with no rain at night and sunny during the day. The wind will be blowing from the northeast to east at levels 2-3. The lowest temperature will range from 19 to 22 degrees, while the highest temperature will range from 30 to 33 degrees, with some places reaching above 33 degrees.

The weather forecast in big cities

In Hanoi, the weather forecast predicts cloudy conditions with light rain in some places, foggy in the early morning, and sunny in the afternoon. The lowest temperature will range from 15 to 17 degrees, while the highest temperature will range from 23 to 25 degrees.

In Ho Chi Minh City, according to the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, the weather will be cloudy and hot during the day. The temperature will remain relatively constant between 35 and 36 degrees. The average relative humidity will be between 44 and 58%, and the cloud density will range from 90 to 100%.

In Da Nang, according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weather will be cloudy with no rain at night and sunny during the day. The temperature will fluctuate between 28 and 29 degrees, similar to the previous day. The average relative humidity will be between 72 and 76%, and the cloud density will range from 6 to 15%.
