THE HANOI TIMES — Hanoi’s Chairman, Tran Sy Thanh, is set to engage in a dialogue with 250 young individuals on November 27. The discussion will focus on youth policies, innovation, and their pivotal role in the capital’s development, as announced by the Hanoi People’s Committee.

Titled “Hanoi Youth: Igniting Aspirations – Leading with Creativity – Acting with Responsibility,” the dialogue seeks to gather insights and suggestions from young attendees to bolster Hanoi’s socio-economic progress.
Central to the discussion are critical areas such as fostering a healthy educational environment, nurturing digital literacy, enhancing youth involvement in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation, and promoting economic growth alongside international collaboration.
The event will convene approximately 250 delegates, including representatives from the Hanoi Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, the Central Youth Union Secretariat, municipal departments, agencies, youth organizations, and distinguished young leaders from diverse fields.
This initiative aligns with the city’s strategy to enforce the Youth Law No. 57/2020/QH14 and associated government regulations on youth participation.
