Attending online, Peter Hong, the standing vice chairman and general secretary of the Business Association of Overseas Vietnamese, expressed his hope that the Association would always prioritize the homeland and strive to connect businessmen from both countries.
He expressed his gratitude to the Vietnamese Embassy and the Vietnamese business community in Mongolia for their efforts in promoting the development of Mongolia-Vietnam cooperation.
He mentioned that both parties still have abundant potential for economic and trade growth. He recommended that both parties explore opportunities to enhance trade in products that they excel in.
Vietnam’s exports to Mongolia are primarily phones, components, cleaning products, and rice. Vietnam imports a wide range of leather and chemicals from Mongolia.

The Ambassador expressed that the Vietnam Entrepreneurs Association in Mongolia emerged as a result of the longstanding friendship and collaboration between Vietnam and Mongolia, which are steadily advancing towards the 70th anniversary of their diplomatic relations (November 17, 1954 – November 17, 2024).
Ambassador Doan Khanh Tam also recommended that Mongolian agencies continue to create favorable conditions to support the Vietnam Entrepreneurs Association in Mongolia to operate effectively.
He hoped the Association will make positive contributions to promoting economic, trade, and investment relations between the two countries, strengthening the friendship and cooperation between {{Vietnam}} and {{Mongolia}}.
