The 32m statue, placed on a pedestal, has two outstretched arms spanning 18.4m. Inside the statue is a 133-step spiral staircase, allowing 100 visitors at a time.

The stone spiral staircase takes visitors up to the neck and the arms of the statue. Through a window on the statue’s arms, tourists can enjoy the panoramic view of the coastal city of Vung Tau with white, sandy beaches. From inside the statue, they can feel the sea breeze and take photos of the beautiful scenery.

The statue is open for free from 7am to 5pm daily. Visitors must wear proper clothes and remove their shoes before going inside.
The statue of Christ the King is recognized as the largest statue of Christ in Vietnam. It is one of four spiritual destinations in the country.
