The festival will boast renowned artists such as singers Tung Duong, Dong Hung, To Minh Thang, and boyband Dong Thoi Gian (Time Flow). It will also bring together troupes from Japan’s Hokkaido, China’s Guangxi, Laos, Thailand and Europe. The stage will be set to harmoniously combine elements both on the shore and on the sea, with hundreds of vessels participating.

The festival will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display combined with a parade of tourist ships and artistic performances of canoeing on the sea.

The festival serves as an opportunity to showcase the wonders, heritage, and people of Ha Long Bay – Quang Ninh to both the nation and the international community. A new feature of the 2024 Ha Long Carnaval Festival is that Ha Long City will build a real-life art performance space and host the first-ever carnival at sea in Vietnam.
