Vietnam’s Education Sector: A Snapshot of the 2014-2015 Academic Year

About 22 million Vietnamese students embarked on a new academic journey with official ceremonies held nationwide on September 5, 2014.

As per the Ministry of Education and Training’s statistics, this school year witnessed over 4.3 million kindergarteners, 15 million students in primary, secondary, and high schools, 400,000 in vocational intermediate schools, and 2.2 million in colleges and universities.
