Vietnam assumes ASEAN 2020 chairmanship

Following the closing ceremony of the 35th ASEAN Summit, PM Prayut Chan-o-cha of Thailand handed the chairmanship hammer to his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
