We will also recognize the best performance about Hanoi and the most popular contestant.”
The contest is open to Hanoi residents aged 16-35, as well as notable singers from across the country who wish to pay homage to the capital through song. Finalists will be recommended for Youth Union activities and city initiatives, and young winners will be awarded scholarships to fuel their artistic passions, as Hung explains.
