Vietnam’s total points in various beauty pageants, including Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, Miss Earth, and Miss Supranational, have been calculated by Missosology.
Notable representatives from Vietnam include Dang Thanh Ngan, the fourth runner-up of Miss Supranational 2023, Nguyen Phuong Nhi, a Top 15 finisher at Miss International 2023, and Do Thi Lan Anh, the second runner-up of Miss Earth 2023.
Huynh Nguyen Mai Phuong, who will represent Vietnam in the upcoming Miss World contest, is expected to contribute to the nation’s improved rankings on the global list.
In 2023, Vietnam climbed two places from the 51st position in 2022 to the 49th position. Previously, the country held the 52nd spot on the global beauty charts in 2019, 2020, and 2021, as reported by Missosology.
With the recent achievements in 2023, the United States claimed the top spot with a total of 22,416 points, followed by Venezuela with 20,491 points, the Philippines with 15,464 points, Brazil with 14,789 points, and Colombia with 14,472 points.
India, Australia, Spain, Japan, and Finland rounded out the Top 10 countries.
Vietnam ranked behind China and Costa Rica, who held the 47th and 48th positions, respectively. The country was followed by Paraguay and Bolivia at the 50th and 51st spots.
