The annual festival held in mid-May offered a unique opportunity for foreign communities in Italy to come together and interact. It was a time to share experiences, cultures, and ideas with one another. People from all walks of life took part in the event, making it a memorable and vibrant occasion.

The Vietnamese booth, with its striking display of traditional conical hats (non la) and beautiful calligraphy art, was a big hit with visitors – especially younger ones.

Visitors had a chance to take in the sights and sounds of Vietnamese culture with ao dai (traditional dress) shows, dragon dances, and martial arts performances. Plus, they were able to sample traditional Vietnamese dishes.

Sergio Vercelli, the head of the organizing board, expressed his delight at the participation of the Vietnamese community in the event and his admiration for their special performances.

The festival concluded with a spectacular parade to the central square of Borgomanero, sending a powerful message of peace, friendship, and common development through embracing diversity among all communities around the world. This significant event was a reminder to us of the importance of investing in each other and respecting the differences that make us unique. With this in mind, we can work towards a more unified and peaceful future.
