The final night of Miss Globe 2022 was organized in Tirana, Albania with the participation of representatives from more than 50 countries and territories across the world.
Hong, 27, advanced to the top five and concluded the competition as the fourth runner-up.

The title of Miss Globe 2022 went to the Dominican Republic, while the first, second, and third runners-up were from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Albania, and Thailand, respectively.
Hong also won the Best National Costume award.
The national costume weighed more than 25 kilograms and was inspired by the Vietnamese pearls, aimed at introducing to international friends the country’s traditional product that brings high economic value.

Hailing from southern Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Hong is 1.73 meters tall and has the body measurements of 88 – 59 – 92 centimeters.
Prior to her participation in Miss Globe 2022, Hong was in the top five of Miss Sea Vietnam Global 2018.
