The rankings are based on the remarkable achievements of national representatives at major international beauty pageants such as Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, Miss Grand International, and Miss Supranational.
Some notable individuals from the country include Le Hoang Phuong, who finished as the fourth runner-up at Miss Grand International 2023, Dang Thanh Ngan, who finished as the fourth runner-up at Miss Supranational 2023, and Nguyen Phuong Nhi, who made it to the Top 15 at Miss International 2023.
Although Bui Quynh Hoa did not win any awards at Miss Universe 2023, the country still received one point for sending a representative to the global beauty pageant.
Huynh Nguyen Mai Phuong and Do Thi Lan Anh, who will represent the country at the upcoming Miss World and Miss Earth competitions, are expected to contribute to the country’s improvement in the global rankings.
With the achievements recorded so far this year, the country has accumulated a total of 1976 points, placing it ninth in the Globalbeauties’ list of countries for this year.
Peru tops the list with a total of 4875 points, followed by Venezuela with 3676 points, and Colombia with 3375 points.
In another global beauty ranking announced by the prestigious website Vie Pageant, the country ranked seventh with 291 points.
Peru secured the top position with 560 points. Other countries in the Top 10 include Colombia, Thailand, the Philippines, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Vietnam, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Ecuador.
