Chef Quang Le, the Executive Sous Chef at New World Hoiana Beach Resort in Hoi An, Vietnam, presents a delightful array of authentic dishes that showcase the ancient city’s vibrant flavors, enhanced by his clever use of local ingredients and condiments from his hometown.
Over 20 traditional Vietnamese dishes will feature in Café East’s dinner buffet, with a rotating menu including fresh spring rolls, Vietnamese egg pancakes, braised fish in a clay pot, beef stir-fry with capsicum and oyster sauce, the iconic Banh Mi sandwich, and a sweet and sour clam soup, to name a few.
The classic Pho noodle soup and Hanoi’s famous Bun Cha will also be available every night, offering a true taste of Vietnam.
For those with a sweet tooth, the dessert selection includes sweet bean soup, banana sticky rice rolls, and a unique mung bean cake with sesame in ginger syrup.
