The Binh Dinh Food Festival was a culinary celebration, attracting thousands of food enthusiasts, both locals and tourists.

With over 100 booths, the fair showcased the best of Binh Dinh Province’s cuisine and crafts, as well as offerings from other regions. It was a true feast for the senses.

A highlight of the festival was the variety of delicious dishes on offer, including the famous banh xeo, a Vietnamese sizzling crepe filled with tuna and seafood, and banh it la gai, sticky rice dumplings wrapped in ramie leaves. These traditional delicacies tempted both local and foreign palates.

James, a traveler from the UK, couldn’t help but rave about the food, especially the seafood and grilled delights. “The taste is fantastic!” he exclaimed.

The festival also featured folk toy booths, which captivated both children and foreign visitors alike. These traditional toys, crafted by local artisans, brought joy to the little ones and stirred up nostalgic memories for adults like Nguyen Thi An Binh, a Quy Nhon City resident.
