Aiming to support Rome’s bid to become the host city for World Expo 2030, this exhibition is open to the public from September 20 to 26 at 152 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, District 1, HCM City.

In September 2022, Italy officially presented Rome’s candidacy to host World Expo 2030 to the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) in Paris. The candidacy’s theme is “People and territories: regeneration, inclusion, and innovation.”

The final decision regarding the host city is expected to be announced in November 2023.

World Expo is a prestigious global event that has been running for 170 years. It serves as a platform for nations to engage in dialogue and showcase innovative inventions that can contribute to socio-economic and cultural well-being.

Italy is among the signatory countries of the BIE Statute.
