Of which, many works have been influenced by the folk music from different regions, especially the folk music of ethnic groups in the Central Highlands.
Along with the performance of new works, the festival also held a seminar “Central Highlands folk music in today’s musical life” in order to find ways to create musical works honouring the unique identity of the folk music, and the traditions of Central Highlands ethnic groups.
The seminar is also an opportunity for musicians to discuss and compose more and more influential works, not only in the country but also contributing to the national voice on the international music scene.
The festival runs until May 20, 2022.
