The student from the Academy of Journalism and Communication received a crown and a cash prize of VND300 million for winning the competition.

The organisers also presented awards to first and second runners-up, and winners of sub-competitions including Miss Talent, Miss Ao Dai, Miss Top Model, and Miss Beach Beauty, among others.

Launched in July, the competition has attracted thousands of contestants aged between 18 and 28 from across the country.

During the grand finale, the Top 35 competed in different categories, such as Ao Dai (traditional long dress), evening gown, and swimsuit contests.

The beauty contest, the second of its kind, aims to find beautiful women who are able to spread positive messages about the country, both locally and internationally.
