Khoe Creative Festival is a non-profit event organized annually by social enterprise To He and partners to raise funds for public activities.

In 2017, Khoe Festival organizers raised 300 million dong for building libraries and organizing vocational training workshops for ethnic young people in Ngoc Long commune, Yen Minh district, Ha Giang province. All the funds raised from this year’s event will be used for building Ngoc Long primary school.

“Construction of Ngoc Long Primary Boarding School started on November 1. The school will be a learning place and accommodation for more than 200 students. I believe more and more children in Ngoc Long will go to school,” said Le Huyen, head of the team in charge of construction in Ngoc Long.
