The sixth show aimed to provide a dedicated space for koi fish breeders and enthusiasts in Vietnam, as stated by the event organizer.
The event garnered a significant number of participants, including a diverse range of students.
The Ho Chi Minh City Koi Fish Club attracts members from various regions in Vietnam, including Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Bac Giang, Hanoi, Thua Thien-Hue, Da Nang, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and other provinces in the Mekong Delta. Nguyen Anh Viet, the vice-chairman of the club, shared this information.
“The show is an unprecedented spectacle, boasting over 140 awe-inspiring fish tanks filled with a magnificent collection of nearly 600 koi, each measuring between 20 and 95 centimeters in length,” enthusiastically stated Viet.
“We have invited a distinguished panel of seven judges, each of whom are esteemed owners of the largest and most reputable koi farms in Japan. This group of experts brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, making them the perfect individuals to evaluate and assess the koi at our event.”
The 2023 All Vietnam Koi Show will also be held in central Vietnam in September and in the northern region at the end of this year.
