The event jointly organised by the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association and the Korean Cultural Resource Institute represents one part of activities to celebrate the 30th founding anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (1992-2022).

On display are a total of 47 pieces of work selected from a writing contest themed “President Ho Chi Minh’s sayings in Korean calligraphy” which was launched back in October.

The organisers received hundreds of entries from contestants, all of whom are keen on calligraphy and are learning the Korean language at Vietnamese universities.

15 of the most outstanding pieces were awarded and engraved on wood by Korean artists.

The exhibition is scheduled to last through to November 30.
