The competition was organized by the municipal federation of labor, Da Nang Hotel Association, and the Da Nang Culinary Culture Association in collaboration with Furama Resort Da Nang and the USA Poultry and Egg Export Council (USAPEEC). Its purpose was to provide a platform for chefs to exchange ideas and promote local cuisine to international visitors.

Nguyen Duc Quynh, the chairman of the Da Nang Hotel Association, mentioned that this is the second time the competition has been held in the city.

He also expressed his gratitude for the support and sponsorship from various hotels and resorts, highlighting the strong recovery and promising future of Da Nang’s tourism industry.

Gentzsch Andre Pierre, the General Director of Operations of the Ariyana-Furama Tourist Complex, emphasized that the competition is an important contributor to the revitalization and growth of the tourism industry in Da Nang and the central region.

The event also featured several activities on the sidelines, including an exhibition showcasing products used in the local hotel industry, a meeting of the Da Nang Hotel Association’s executive committee, and a workshop on hotel business and marketing in the modern era.
