2030 Business Club presents gifts, scholarships to Binh Dinh students

HCMC – The 2030 Business Club under the Saigon Times Club on October 17 handed a total of VND2.2 billion worth of gifts and scholarships to a couple of schools in Phu Cat District in the central province of Binh Dinh through its program which combines the 15th Charitable Caravan and the 11th Library Caravan tour.

Over 300 bicycles were donated to disadvantaged students at some high schools in the district, while 490 gift sets were presented to students at the Cat Hiep Primary School.

Apart from granting 10 scholarships to students of the Ngo May High School, the club also offered a 2030 green library which covers an area of 50 square meters and is equipped with six reading tables and added learning facilities and 1,500 books to a 2030 library which had earlier been donated.

In early September, the 2030 Business Club offered a national-standard 2030 library to Cat Hiep Primary School, which spans 112 square meters and is equipped with over 2,000 books, five computers and many bookshelves, tables and benches.

The program was sponsored by some firms as members of the 2030 Business Club such as HBC Healthcare, Thang Loi Group, Engo English and NT INDEC.
