The contest, open to both Vietnamese citizens and foreigners, aims to spread noble human values and convey the community’s empathy for individuals’ lives. Hosted by the Ministry of Information and Communications, the event provides an opportunity for overseas Vietnamese and international friends to gain insights into Vietnamese culture, its land and people, and contribute to building a happy and prosperous nation. According to the organizers, there is no limit on the number of entries, and the submission deadline is from June 15 to September 15.
