Hanoi’s Streets Illuminate in Celebration of the Lunar New Year

Lately, the streets of Hanoi have been transformed into a vibrant spectacle, adorned with flags, flowers, and banners, marking the arrival of the Lunar New Year and the 95th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – 2025).

Central areas are adorned with intricate decorations and propaganda posters, adding to the festive ambiance.

In Thong Nhat Park, towering billboards proclaim, “Unity is the precious tradition of our Party and the people,” honoring the 95th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV).

At the headquarters of the Hanoi People’s Committee, a grand billboard welcomes the New Year 2025 and pays tribute to the CPV’s 95-year legacy.

Trang Tien Street is a sight to behold, adorned with flags, flowers, and LED lights, creating a festive atmosphere to ring in the new year 2025.

Even the smallest streets are festooned with red flags bearing yellow stars, joining in the celebration of the new year.

A prominent billboard commemorating the CPV anniversary graces the sidewalk of Hoan Kiem Lake.

Handcrafted peach and apricot flower decorations symbolize wishes for a prosperous new year.

Children immerse themselves in traditional culture at Phung Hung Mural Street, adding to the joyous spirit of the celebrations.
