The D’festa K-Pop exhibition opened in Hanoi on October 14, showcasing pictures from popular idol groups such as BTS, Twice, TXT, NCT Dream, NCT 127, Stray Kids, Enhypen, Seventeen, and NU’EST. This exhibition, which has previously achieved success in South Korea, Taiwan (China), and Japan, marks its debut in Vietnam.
A visually captivating experience, the exhibition features a collection of 480 photos and a giant wall displaying real autographs from members of the aforementioned K-pop groups. In addition, a 45-minute video presentation showcases music videos and exclusive performances by these musical groups, filmed with state-of-the-art XR technology and a premium 5.1 sound system.
One of the main highlights is the “Experience” area, where visitors can enjoy a virtual reality performance stage that provides an immersive experience of meeting the singers directly.
Seo Young Man, representative of the organizing committee, emphasized that D’festa aims to foster cultural exchanges between Vietnam and South Korea, creating an exciting new space for young Vietnamese to engage with the K-pop music wave in an unprecedented way. The exhibition has successfully brought fans closer to their idols through virtual reality technology, making it an authentic and immersive experience.
Pham Phuong Mai, a 19-year-old visitor to the exhibition, expressed her excitement to witness the rarely-seen everyday moments of her idols. She mentioned that this exhibition has attracted K-pop fans from various countries, and she is delighted to have it in Hanoi.
The D’festa K-Pop exhibition will continue to captivate visitors until November 30 at Vincom Mega Mall Times City.
