Hundreds of people enjoyed a culinary contest held in Phu Yen Province, south-central Vietnam on Sunday afternoon, during which 75 chefs from 25 provinces and cities across the country made 100 dishes from lobster.
The event is part of a greater fest organized to promote the local lobster farmed in Song Cau Town.
Each of 25 teams of three chefs prepared four dishes, using lobster as their main ingredient, according to Mai Thanh Hong, head of the culture and sports division of Song Cau Town.
Hong hailed the competition as a chance to introduce the culinary delights of different localities to local people in Song Cau and tourists.
