Bac Ha is a highland district, rich in potential for landscape tourism and multi-ethnic cultural identity, known as the “white plateau”, the capital of the famous Tam Hoa plum variety.
Bac Ha Winter Festival includes a series of activities, including Hmong brocade pattern making art combined with fashion design, food stall “Bac Ha rice tray” combined with the rose-wine festival, winter night prom combined with Ta Chai fire festival and horse racing.
