“Story of Hang Street” is a unique tour that brings to life the culture of Northern Vietnam. It centers around a middle-class family with a four-generation tradition of herbalism. The performance is held at the Heritage House on Ma May Street and is part of a series of celebrations commemorating the 70th anniversary of Hanoi’s liberation.

Among the cultural events organized by the Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Old Quarter Management Board, in collaboration with artists from the Youth Theater of Vietnam, are exhibitions such as “Hanoi in My Heart,” “Memories of Hanoi – 70 Years,” and “Hanoi – A Time to Remember.” The “Story of Hang Street” realistic-scene tour and traditional music performance, “Tonkin Ancient Music,” also feature prominently.
