Among the sea of stunning contestants, the beauty from Peru has emerged as the favorite to claim the coveted crown. Right behind her, the representative from the Dominican Republic is expected to secure the first runner-up title.

Adding to the excitement, Vietnamese beauty Thanh Thuy is projected to rank an impressive 16th among the Top 20 finalists. Following closely behind her are the contestants from Poland, Australia, South Africa, and Honduras, rounding out a diverse and talented group of young women.
Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy, the reigning Miss Vietnam 2022, is a 21-year-old student from Da Nang. Her journey to Miss International began when she was crowned the winner of the national pageant, becoming an inspiration to many in her dynamic country.
The official Miss International page recently announced, “Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy is Vietnam’s official representative at Miss International 2024! For the first time, the reigning Miss Vietnam will represent her country at Miss International, and we couldn’t be more thrilled!”
Miss International, first launched in 1960, stands as one of the four largest international beauty pageants, alongside renowned competitions such as Miss World, Miss Universe, and Miss Earth. Vietnamese representatives have consistently performed well, with notable achievements in recent years.
In 2015, Pham Hong Thuy Van claimed the third runner-up position, followed by Tuong San, who secured a spot in the Top 8 in 2019. Most recently, Nguyen Phuong Nhi continued the legacy by finishing as a Top 15 finalist.
As the grand finale of Miss International 2024 approaches on November 12 in Tokyo, Japan, the excitement builds. The world will witness the culmination of months of hard work and dedication from these remarkable women, and a new queen will be crowned.
