Six symbolic animals of land and sea adorn this year’s mooncake boxes, chosen to raise awareness about the importance of biodiversity and the critical need for preservation. The black-shanked douc langur, white-crested laughingthrush, and chevrotain represent the terrestrial species, while the green sea turtle, blue whale, and coral embody the marine life of Nui Chua. These species are unique to the region and fragile, highlighting the resort’s commitment to conservation efforts.

From September 14 to 18, families can reunite and create lasting memories at Amanoi Resort. The resort has curated a special program of activities for all ages, including lantern-making workshops, art classes, and trekking adventures in the national park. Bay cruises and special culinary events, such as a beachside BBQ dinner and a unique Cham cuisine experience, also await guests.

Nui Chua National Park, located in Ninh Thuan Province in south-central Vietnam, boasts a distinct array of plant and animal life. Spanning over 29,000 hectares, it is a recognized UNESCO Global Biosphere Reserve, celebrated for its rich biodiversity and unique ecosystems, including dry forests, coastal dunes, rocky outcrops, and vibrant coral reefs.
The terrestrial portion of the park is characterized by its arid, semi-desert climate, which has given rise to a diverse range of plant and animal species. Mid-autumn festival opens in Hanoi’s Old Quarter
NDO – The 2017 Mid-autumn festival kicked off in front of Dong Xuan Market gate in Hanoi’s Old Quarter on the evening of September 22 with a joyful drum performance and lion dance.
